Barn Owls Return to Fermilab

Several Dupage County Forest Preserve and Fermilab ecologists teamed together to reintroduced two native Barn Owls on the Fermilab site. Barn Owls were once common in Illinois, but have become endangered in recent years due to habitat loss and increased pesticide use.
